Terms and Conditions of Ladakh Tour Provider

All Correspondence In Respect Of Tours / Travel Services And Bookings Should Be Addressed To M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures

These Terms and Conditions will apply to your booking. When you're reading them, please remember that you'll be subject to these conditions during your trip. These Terms and Conditions will make up the whole agreement between M/S Indo Tours & Adventures and the client identified in this document. There is no verbal or written representation of services; only as communicated in this paper. Accordingly, any other agreement about these services by any different communication is not valid for you.

Booking Contract

By making a booking with M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures or its Agents, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly perused and fully understood these agreements. Once the booking is made, it amounts to an agreement between M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures and the Customer. Prior to booking, M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures reserves the right to change handout rates at any time. The aforementioned conditions in this document constitute the full arrangement between M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures and the Customer for subjects covered in this document and will set up a binding understanding between them concerning those subjects only if there is no verbal or written representation to the contrary from either party in connection with those subjects. There are no oral or signed representations, warranties, or representations of anything other than as communicated in this document.

Booking Policy

For The Services Contracted, A Minimum Deposit Of 30% Of The Total Cost Is To Be Paid By You To M/S. Indo Tours and Adventures. The Deposit Is Required To Hold The Booking On a Confirmed Basis.

Rest Balance Policy

To ensure your reservation is secured, please be aware of the following payment terms:

• Payment Deadline: All balances must be transferred by 7 Days before from Travel date.
• Automatic Cancellation: If the payment is not received by the deadline, the booking will be automatically canceled.
• Notification: We will send a reminder to ensure timely payment and avoid cancellation.

Please Note

Other than the above, for booking train journeys apart from special trips, hotel and resort bookings during the peak season (Xmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required to be made at the time of booking it.

Mode Of Payment

• By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
• By Online Debit Card Payment (By Master / Visa / Maestro).
• By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
• By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
• By Bank Transfer (Rtgs & Neft).
• UPI-Google Pay-Phone Pay-Paytm.

Please Note

All duly mandated withholding and other taxes and deductions which may apply shall be borne by the remitter. 3% bank charges will be levied over and above the total amount, payable by Payer. Bank Charges, if any, for remittance (remitted by Remitting Bank or by Intermediary Bank) would be solely borne by the Payer.

Important Information

M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures' employee will not ask for your card number, CVV, net banking login, password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third-party apps like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

• After the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in the entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• Indo Tours & Adventures act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services, and all exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.
• All itineraries are sample itineraries. They are intended to give you a general idea of the likely schedule during your trip. While different factors may change itineraries, we will always do our best to fulfill your needs and interests.
• The rates we offer are based on the prevailing rate negotiated by us with hotels, airlines, etc. If you reserve a place before the change takes effect, your rate will be honored for the time that you have reserved so long as there is not a later change.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, or breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Guests are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal property at all times are at the client's risk.

Amendments to Terms

M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures maintains whatever authority is needed to refresh or potentially adjust these agreements whenever, and it is the Client's obligation to be acquainted with them. The most recent agreements might be found on M/S. Indo Tours & Adventures site.
